Over the course of your membership of the Scheme, it’s important to keep us updated if your circumstances change.
Change of address
If you move house, please use Clarity by Howden to update your address details. We can’t pay your benefits when they become due if we don’t have your current address.
New email address
Please use Clarity by Howden to make changes to your contact details including your email address.
Power of attorney
You can give someone permission to deal with your finances, including your pension, by setting up a lasting power of attorney (LPA). In this case, please send Howden a copy of your LPA so they can update their records.
