Report a death

Please use this form to tell us about the death of one of our members. The details you provide are sent securely to the Scheme administrator, Barnett Waddingham, who will then be in touch about the process for paying benefits and any forms you need to complete.

Once we’ve been notified, we’ll process any benefits that are due – this might be a dependant’s pension and/or a lump sum. If the member was a pensioner, we’ll also stop making pension payments and pay any dependant’s pension and bereavement grant that are due.
