Howden – the new name for Barnett Waddingham

Our Scheme administrator, Barnett Waddingham, has changed its name to Howden. 

In the coming months, you may notice some changes to branding on your Clarity from BW account, which is now called Clarity from Howden. You will also see some changes to branding on any pension documents you’re used to receiving from Barnett Waddingham, which now come from Howden. 

You don’t need to do anything – the same trusted, personal service continues and your existing access to Clarity from Howden remains as normal. If you’re currently receiving your pension, this continues to be paid to you in the same way.
